Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: New York Comic-Con 2012 Trailer w/ Goku's outfit

Here is the trailer released from this year's New York Comic Con for Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. A bonus for preordering the the game includes DLC for Naruto that replicates that of Goku's:

I wonder if it is also weighted.
