Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods new footage released

In this new trailer for the upcoming DBZ film: Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, there are some things worth nothing:

• 0:08 - Great Saiyaman reappears
• 0:11 - Mr. Buu get pwned by Bills, the Anubis-like antagonist of the movie. This is indicative of this immense strength Bills has
• 0:30 - Goku powers up with a blue-type aura and then proceeds in Great Ape form (Oozaru), causing Bills to react in surprise and terror

SPOILERS AHEAD

There are reports spreading on the Internet that the transformation at 0:30 is indeed something beyond a SSJ3, more specifically a "Super Saiyan God". Apparently the Oracle Fish in the film earlier makes the prophecy that a god will arise to fight Bills, and this god appears to be Goku.

If this is true then the events of Dragon Ball GT may seem to be nullified in it's canon status to something that is just a knockoff of the Dragon Ball series, because this "Super Saiyan God" status was never mentioned in the GT series, when Goku could have theoretically gone to this new stage and potentially become stronger than a SSJ4, though it's not clear however how much stronger the Super Saiyan God transformation is in comparison to the SSJ4, if it is stronger at all. Battle of the Gods is to be released on March 30 to IMAX theaters in Japan.
