FE Anime
North American VHS box art

Here is a very brief anime series based on the Japanese-only game in the Fire Emblem series Fire Emblem: Monshō no Nazo. Marth is in it, although he is known as "Mars", and this officially is the first Fire Emblem-franchise material to be released in North America, predating Super Smash Bros Melee's introduction of Marth and Roy by 4-5 years.

Amazon still has it for sale, though you need a VHS player to watch it: Amazon link

Chrono Trigger OVA: Time and Space Adventures

Series based off of: Chrono Trigger
Created by: Production I.G
Release date: July 1996
Title: Time and Space Adventures/Dimensional Adventure Numa Monjar
Language: Japanese

YouTube link

According to Wikipedia, "Time and Space Adventures":
"is a 16-minute humoristic and promotional Chrono Trigger anime which was broadcast at the Japanese V-Jump Festival of July 31, 1996. It was created by Production I.G, and written by Hiroshi Izawa and Akihiro Kikuchi, while Itsuro Kawazaki served as director, Tensai Okamura as animation director, and Riho Nishino as character designer."
The setting takes place in the Millennial Fair at the start of Chrono Trigger the game, and ends the following day. Apparently at night time a huge group of monsters decides to party at the Millennial Fair. The music used is almost identical to some of the game's music in several points, and the protagonists are two characters found in the game: a Nu and a Poyozo Doll. A further plot analysis can be found at Chronopedia.
